Returns
Pawsitively Personal Greetings makes every effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standards. To return cards due to damage or shortages please email info@PawsitivelyPersonalGreetings.com with the wording “Card Returns” in the subject line. Used or unsold cards cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. Claims for returns must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
